Atan

Atan is an interface to the 2D Soccer Server of Robocup's simulation league. It should allow you (and allowed me) to concentrate on the job of controlling your clients without worrying about all the behind the scenes stuff between SServer and the clients.

Currently we are working towards the first major Atan release, this will include full SServer v13 support, including coaches and trainers. Watch this space!

  • Want to program a RoboCup client in Java?

  • UDP connection management scares you?

  • Want clear information from SServer?

  • Don't want to worry about SServer API?

vsoc

Atan is part of the vsoc project, who's goal is to create a soccer team that can participate in the RoboCup simulation league. The vsoc soccer players are controlled using an artificial neural network and trained using a genetic algorithm.
